At Brian Graham Salon, we work as one team and share one goal: your complete satisfaction. Therefore, we welcome and invite you to meet and work with all of us. If for any reason—price, availability, or other factor—you would like to work with another stylist, this is highly encouraged. For a recommendation, please contact your current stylist or one of our front desk coordinators. Everyone is dedicated to helping you feel comfortable and pleased with your experiences at Brian Graham Salon.
We know that your schedule can be very busy. If for some reason you need to reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Missed appointments and appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours will be charged in full.
We at Brian Graham Salon will do our best to accommodate you if you’re running late for any scheduled service appointment. However, sometimes our consultant may not be able to provide you with the full service because of timing. If you are running more that 15 minutes behind, please understand that your appointment may need to be rescheduled to provide you with the best service possible.
We ask that you wear the client gowns provided to avoid soiled or damaged clothing. We also suggest keeping all valuables with you during your appointment. We regret that Brian Graham Salon cannot be responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
For the safety and comfort of all of our clients, we request that children are not left unattended.
